Mark formed MSR as soon as he became a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer back in 1989. Since then Mark has built up an array of amazingly loyal clientele who have supported MSR from the transition of sole trader, partnership with Caroline, to a Limited Company in 2009.

Mark loves what he does, which is why you will always feel Mark is interested in your heating/cooling requirements. He will treat your home/business like it is his own and will give you the best possible solution within your means. Mark has the ability to design any installation for Air Conditioning / Heat Pumps where many may struggle.
